To strengthen the cadre development of Sanxin Technology and enhance executives' cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement capabilities alongside comprehensive competencies, the Twelfth Cadre Training Session was held at the Shenzhen headquarters from April 25 to 27, with 40 mid-level business executives participating.
Themed "Leveraging Party Building to Boost Productivity: Enhancing Cost-Reduction and Efficiency-Improvement Capabilities," the training integrated corporate strategy through diverse approaches including theoretical lectures, case studies, and site visits. Internal and external instructors delivered courses covering engineering cost management strategies, financial expense control, legal risk prevention, and labor compliance. These comprehensively elevated participants' professional skills and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
Participants visited DAS IoT Tower, China’s first green smart super high-rise with dual-standard, triple-certification. The building achieves equipment data visualization and low-carbon management through full-process digitalization and IoT-enabled intelligent control from design to operation.
Following this, they toured Sanxin Technology’s key project—the Shenzhen China Merchants Bank Global Headquarters. As China’s tallest and most technically challenging bank-class project, it set three national records: largest quantity of super-sized curtain wall panels, highest spatial design complexity for oversized panels, and greatest construction difficulty for mega-panel installation.
Moving forward, Sanxin Technology will uphold Party-building leadership, further strengthen talent development pipelines, and provide robust organizational and talent support for corporate innovation and high-quality development.
